How to Register a Lease Agreement?

After signing the lease agreement, you need to visit the tax office located near the property during working hours to register it. To complete this process, make sure you have:

• Three original copies of the lease agreement (one will stay at the tax office, and two for the contracting parties),
• Copies of both parties’ passports,
• A layout plan of the apartment or house,
• A document confirming ownership,
