After signing the lease agreement, you need to visit the tax office located near the property during working hours to register it. To complete this process, make sure you have:
- Three original copies of the lease agreement (one will stay at the tax office, and two for the contracting parties),
- Copies of both parties’ passports,
- A layout plan of the apartment or house,
- A document confirming ownership,
- The necessary stamps for payment (these can be purchased on-site).
